Overall ImpressionWe recently spent ₹2,100 for two children at this amusement park. While it is on the higher side and not the most budget-friendly option, it is a worthwhile spot to visit if you are looking to treat your kids to a new and fun experience. The attractions themselves are highly enjoyable, but our experience was unfortunately dampened by poor handling at the laser tag arena.Service and Operational IssuesMy primary concern was the lack of transparency regarding the laser play area. After purchasing our tickets, we were made to wait for 20 to 30 minutes inside. Staff members claimed my son could not play because there were no other participants to group him with. They then subtly suggested that I pay an additional fee to join him myself so the game could start.When I questioned why this policy wasn't disclosed at the ticket counter—and why he couldn't simply join the other guests who were already waiting and did not know each other anyway—the staff finally relented. They went to ask another family if my son could join their group. The family was entirely accommodating but equally confused as to why the staff felt the need to ask permission for an open public game.ConclusionHad I not stood my ground and advocated for my child, he would have missed out on a core attraction that we had already paid for. While the park offers great entertainment value for children, the management needs to train their staff on clear communication and consistent grouping policies. Be prepared to double-check rules at the counter to avoid unnecessary delays.

Had a wonderful time at SkyJumper! 🎉 The place is clean, well-maintained, and has plenty of fun activities for kids. The Kids Zone was especially enjoyable, and my child had a great time playing and exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall environment felt safe and family-friendly. A great place for kids to have fun and for families to spend quality time together. Definitely recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
